Get cheap tacos and street fries across the street from Disneyland at Jimboy’s Tacos Anaheim!
We’re longtime fans of Grand Legacy At The Park, the site of new shops and restaurants on the hotel’s lower level. Besides the gift shop and Disneyland ticket office, you can now get pizza at Pizzaterian, ice cream at Creamistry, and California-style Mexican food at Jimboy’s Tacos—right across the street from Disneyland.
Read on to find out more about this quick and inexpensive restaurant you can walk to from Disneyland—faster than you can walk to Downtown Disney!

Thanks to our friends at Jimboy’s Tacos for the delicious lunch! See you real soon!
Afternoon breaks are a must if you want your kids to last through a long Disneyland day without melting down! We get into the Parks before Rope Drop so we can do an entire Park before noon. Then, we eat lunch in Disneyland, California Adventure, or Downtown Disney, and head back to our hotel for a nap before hitting the Parks again in the evening.
On this Disneyland trip, we ate lunch at the new Jimboy’s Tacos location, right across the street from Disneyland. It was super convenient for us, since we were staying at Grand Legacy At The Park; Jimboy’s is one of the new shops at Grand Legacy.
We tried a little bit of everything, and it was all delicious! Above, Jimboy’s street fries with carne asada, creamy cheese sauce, and loads of toppings and fresh salsa!
Jimboy’s Tacos is a walk up restaurant; there is no inside seating. You can have your food served on a tray to enjoy outside on the cafe-style patio in front of Grand Legacy, or have it packaged to go.
Jimboy’s holds the same hours as the Disneyland Resort, so you can grab an early morning breakfast burrito or get your late night taco fix, and save money for souvenirs and Dole Whips in the Parks!
Jimboy’s is still a family-run business, more than 60 years after the first Jimboy’s taco was served in 1954!
Jimboy’s Original Taco is filled with ground beef that’s “seasoned with love!” It’s also dusted with parmesan cheese, a unique flavor we all enjoyed. (Yes, you can request tacos without the parmesan, which is good news for Jameson, who won’t eat cheese.)
This is Jameson Houston, reporting for All Day Mom. I recently went to Jimboy’s Tacos and I got the kid’s meal. It had a cute little bag of tortilla chips, a full sized soft drink, a bean burrito, and a churro. It was very delicious, my favorite thing to eat is the churro! If my Best Friend went to Disneyland I would recommend going to Jimboy’s for at least one of the meals because it’s good food and cheap! I like Jimboy’s food a lot, and I hope I go there on our next Disneyland trip!
