This is how I save money every way I can think of when I order vitamins on iHerb.
This is my iHerb order for March 20, 2025:
- Natural Calm Magnesium Citrate, orange flavor, 16 oz. (The orange flavor is the best. Cherry is the worst. The Raspberry Lemonade flavor they sell at Costco is the second worst; it’s so gross that even if I got it cheaper at Costco than iHerb, I wouldn’t buy the Raspberry Lemonade flavor. Also, we don’t shop at Costco anymore because of The Nonsense.)
- Life Extension Advanced Milk Thistle
- Buddha Teas Organic Dandelion Root Tea

You can add those items directly to your iHerb cart using the link above. New iHerb members will save 10%. These are the extra discounts I got on my iHerb purchase today:
- Extra 20% off for spending $70 (check the top banner of the iHerb pages to see the current extra discounts available. iHerb always shows you the best coupon available at checkout, so remember to hit the “apply” button.
- 10% cash back from my Chase Southwest Visa. Most of my Chase Visas always have iHerb extra cash back offers, but some are only for 5% off.
- Here’s a link to the latest bonus offer for the Chase Southwest Visa. The current sign up bonus offer is 30,000 points and earn Companion Pass through 2/28/26 when you spend $4,000 within 3 months. You get the same bonus with each of the three types of Chase Southwest Visa, but we have two of the Priority cards since they offer loads of perks—the no-brainer is choosing Priority with the $149 annual fee over the Premier with the $99 fee because the Southwest Priority card gives you a $75 Southwest credit each year, making the Priority card’s effective annual fee just $74. You also get 4 free upgraded boardings. We used these one at a time on our trips to Nashville and upgrading the boarding was a better value than Early Bird check-in (you get two Early Bird check ins per year with the Premier card)—one simple upgraded boarding and all three of us were easily able to secure overhead compartment space and seats in the same row. People really are nice, and if you nicely tell them you’re saving seats for your family, 100% of people in my experience on Southwest say, “No problem” and move along to find a different seat. I’d do the same for anybody; it’s really the reason Southwest’s first come, first served seating works: general manners.
- 2% cash back from Rakuten. I’ve noticed that over the last few months, some places like Walmart and Macy’s will ship items from your order in multiple packages, and you only get the Rakuten cash back on the first item that ships. I love that all of my iHerb orders so far have come in one box, so I always get the cash back on my full order. Just in case there’s still anyone out there who hasn’t signed up for Rakuten cash back, here’s my Rakuten referral link and you’ll get $30 cash back on your first $30 order.
- $6 off my order from quickly doing 6 reviews on the last 6 items I purchased on iHerb. iHerb gives you an instant $1 credit for every item you review.
I no longer trust Amazon for any vitamin, supplement, essential oil, or natural item, because Amazon doesn’t do anything about fake items and fake reviews. iHerb guarantees authenticity on ALL of its items.
iHerb also offers “Autoship & Save” which usually offers 20% off the first order, then 10% off every subsequent order, but since I’m not super brand loyal, I like to check prices and deals every month, so a subscription to any particular item is not for me.
