Ingredients

  • 2.5 Tbsp coarse Himalayan pink salt, or Kosher salt
  • 2 Tbsp black peppercorns
  • 1 Tbsp dry, minced garlic
  • 1.5 Tbsp dry, minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp crushed red pepper

Instructions

  1. In a spice grinder (coffee grinder) add all ingredients and puree to a fine powder (or pulse for a chunky grind).

  2. Use 1 Tbsp of this seasoning blend per pound of meat.
